Candidates should possess 10th, 12th, B.Sc, B. Pharmacy, Graduation Degree from a Recognised University/ Board/ School or equivalent. A- Grade Certificate in Nursing from a recognized Institution. Certificate in Midwifery. Diploma in MLT from a recognized Institution. Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from the institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
