Medical Officer (MBBS) 1. MBBS from a recognized University or Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India. 2. Candidates should have registered with the Punjab Medical Council/ Medical Council of India. 3. Candidates should have passed the subject of Punjabi up to the Matric standard.
Pharmacist 1. Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute. 2. Should be registered as Pharmacist with the Punjab Pharmacy Council. 3. Candidates should have passed subject of Punjabi upto Matric standard.
Clinic Assistant 1. Should have passed the Matriculation Examination / 10+2 examination with science or its equivalent from a recognized university or institution. 2. Should possess diploma in Multi Purpose Health worker (Female) / ANM from a recognized university or institution. 3. Should be registered as Multipurpose Health Worker (Female) / ANM with the Punjab Nursing Registration Council. 4. Candidates should have passed subject of Punjabi upto Matric standard.

Salary
Medical Officer (MBBS): Rs. 50/- per patient attended with a minimum assured guarantee of 50 Patients per day
Pharmacist: Rs. 12/- per patient attended with a minimum assured guarantee of 50 Patients per day
Clinic Assistant: Rs. 11/- per patient attended with a minimum assured guarantee of 50 Patients per day
