Educational Qualifications:
ANM:-Candidate Should Posses 10th Class with Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Training/ Health Worker Female course passed and registered in Rajasthan Nursing Council as B Grade Nurse.
Assistant Radiographer:-Senior Secondary in Science with either Biology or mathematics or its equivalent with Radiography course passed from an institute recognised by the State Government, Central Government, Rajasthan Paramedical Council and registered in Rajasthan Paramedical Council.
Lab Technician:-Senior Secondary in Science with either Biology or mathematics or its equivalent with Diploma in Medical Lab Technician from an institute recognised by the State Government, Central Government, Rajasthan Paramedical Council and registered in Rajasthan Paramedical Council.

For OBC/EBC/EWS Candidates:- Rs. 350/-
For SC/ST/ Widow, Divorce, PwBD Candidates:- Rs. 250/-
